XMight at OCP Global Summit 2026 — Innovation Village, San Jose, 12–15 October
We are exhibiting in the Innovation Village. Come talk about POM, rack-level ride-through, and what the new grid codes mean for ORv3 power shelves.
XMight Smart Energy is exhibiting at the OCP Global Summit 2026, San Jose Convention Center, 12–15 October, in the Innovation Village.
What we are showing
POM — Power Orchestration Module. An open, rack-level coordination interface that lets ORv3 / ORW racks ride through grid disturbances and recover on the operator's clock, using the PSU hold-up and BBU energy already in the rack. POM is XMight's contribution to the OCP Rack & Power project and is in review.
XMight POM Module and POM Manager. XMight's implementation of POM: a facility-level Manager that sets the power envelope, and a rack-mounted Module that enforces it autonomously in the power shelf.
Why it matters now
On 10 July 2024 a single transmission fault in Northern Virginia disconnected roughly 1,500 MW of data-center load within seconds. ERCOT NOGRR 282 has been in force since 1 August 2026; SPP, IESO, EirGrid, AESO, Energinet, RTE and Fingrid have adopted or drafted comparable rules; NERC is drafting continent-wide standards; and inside OCP, the DCF Interface Specification for Disturbance Performance (V1.0.0, September 2026) now states the same commitment at the point of interconnection.
Who we want to talk to
- Engineers reviewing or implementing rack-level ride-through — join the POM review in OCP Rack & Power.
- Grid operator and ISO engineers working on large-load ride-through, recovery and evidence requirements.
- ORv3 / ORW operators planning capacity for 2027 who want to know what the power shelf has to do to pass.
