XMight at OCP Global Summit 2026 — Innovation Village, San Jose, 12–15 October

We are exhibiting in the Innovation Village. Come talk about POM, rack-level ride-through, and what the new grid codes mean for ORv3 power shelves.

OCP base spec: Interface Specification Between Hyperscalers and Utility Grid for Disturbance Performance

Google, Meta, Microsoft and NVIDIA have published an OCP base specification that states, inside OCP, what a data center commits to at the point of interconnection during a grid disturbance.

The power chain is getting shorter. The ride-through obligation is not.

Every deleted conversion stage spreads ride-through energy across more independent devices. Grid codes pull the other way: one aggregate, provable response at the meter.

ESS is the muscle. Coordination is what's missing.

Grid codes define behavior at the point of interconnection. The energy to ride through is already in the rack; what ORv3 halls lack is the layer that makes thousands of devices behave as one auditable load.

Texas changed how AI data centers must behave on the grid

ERCOT NOGRR 282 sets ride-through and recovery rules for large computational loads. Most of the lower stair-step does not exist in any current ORv3 spec.
